An IDP is a structured and personalized roadmap designed to help a leader enhance their skills, capabilities, and competencies in order to achieve professional and organizational goals. An IDP outlines developmental objectives, identifies the steps and resources needed to achieve them, and provides a timeline for their progress. Each competency would be developed through the 70-20-10 model of learning, and would be tracked through regular homework and exercises. To build rapport and trust, the frequency of meetings is recommended to be high in the beginning of the program (once in two weeks), and then should slow down in the middle (once a month), and speed up again towards the end (once in two weeks). After the conclusion of the program, Hello Excellence would provide you with a detailed report outlining the progress made by the leader and the way forward.
